Longer Nano laser engraver (6 W)

The Longer Nano engraver combines a galvo system with a 450 nm diode with an optical power of 6 W, achieving speeds of up to 5000 mm/s with an accuracy of 0.05 mm – a speed typical for galvo engravers, but enclosed in a design created for portability and mobile work. A resolution of 3.3K and a spot size of 0.05 × 0.05 mm allow you to maintain the legibility of fine details even at high beam speeds. The 100 × 100 mm working area and the ability to engrave curved surfaces extend the range of applications from flat elements to cylindrical objects. This means you can engrave at trade fairs, in service centers, or directly at the customer' s premises – without compromising on quality.

Express marking and short series production

The galvo system directs the light beam itself instead of moving a heavy head, so marking is instantaneous and without the delays typical of mechanical movement. At speeds of up to 5000 mm/s, what takes significantly longer with conventional engravers can be done here in a single, short operation. With Longer Nano, you can mark batches of key rings, plates, or product components in a single cycle, instead of waiting for subsequent axis passes. A quick preview of the contour or curve at up to 32,000 mm/s allows you to immediately check the position of the pattern on the material before starting, so the risk of incorrect positioning is reduced to a minimum.

Sharp details and even lines across the entire engraving field

The field lens and dual optics system maintains uniform beam sharpness across the entire working area, minimizing the risk of deformation at the edges of the working field. Accuracy to 0.05 mm allows you to reproduce fine lines, small fonts, and precise ornaments without blurring. As a result, details on metal plates, leather, or ceramics remain sharp regardless of their position in the field. The 3.3K resolution supports smooth tonal transitions and the readability of small graphic elements. This ensures that designs maintain a consistent appearance from the first to the last copy.

Engraving large and unusual objects

The standard 100 × 100 mm field can be extended to 100 × 300 mm with an axis extension (not included, sold separately), allowing you to work on longer items without having to split the design. 360° angle adjustment and manual operation make it easy to adjust the laser position to the surface. This means you can mark long panels, decorative elements, or parts of larger objects without having to dismantle them. The mobile design of the device allows you to approach the material from any side, which is particularly useful for on-site personalization or in small workshops with limited space.

A Wi-Fi or USB connection allows you to transfer files directly from your computer or mobile device, depending on your workspace. Support for formats from G-Code and SVG to PNG and DXF makes it easy to use popular graphics tools. Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS systems allow you to work from any workstation. This means that project preparation and delivery take less time, even in mobile environments.

Lightweight design and 10,000-hour lifespan

The design is approximately 40% lighter than comparable models, making it easier to transport between workstations.
