The everActive CBC-10 is a universal and fully automatic 9-stage charger for all types of lead-acid, gel and AGM12/24V batteries with capacities ranging from 10Ah up to 300Ah.Thanks to new technologies, this charger is smaller, much more reliable than the old generation of chargers, and much more efficient, saving you energy costs during charging.

The charger is "smart" - controlled by a microprocessor, so you won't have to worry about monitoring the charging time or worry about overcharging. Once the charging process is complete, the charger switches to voltage monitoring mode, making it 100% reliable. The CBC-10's charging performance is on par with that of the highest level professional chargers, which not only makes it possible to not worry about malfunctions of an improperly charged battery, but also extends the battery's lifetime.

• The charger uses innovative technologies:
•     Automated and reliable charge control - when a certain voltage is reached, or automatic charging current drop detection.
•     Power mode - allows the charger to be used as a current source (13.6V 5A).
•     Voltage monitoring at the end of the charging process - activates the ultra-low charging current phase, allowing the battery to be kept fully charged when left for longer periods of time.
•     The charger eliminates the effects of battery deflation that can occur during charging.
•     Winter mode - to ensure a full and efficient charge of the battery, even at low ambient temperatures.
•     Refresh" mode - a special charging mode for extremely depleted batteries, the charger uses a limited charging current (1.5A) to allow faster charging - the charger automatically decides when and if this mode should be used.
•     The charger is equipped with short circuit, reverse polarity, overheating and overload protection.
• As many as 9 charging stages are available on demand, indicated by 13LED lights:
• The first step determines the battery type and voltage (12/24V). In case of high battery discharge, a lower charging current is selected.
• The next step is to charge the battery with a current of 2/5/10A, depending on the selected setting or the charger's default setting (maximum current for 24V batteries is 5A).
• During charging, the charging current is controlled by gradually decreasing the current provided as the voltage increases (10A-7.5A-5A-5A-4A-3A-2A-1.5A).
• In the final charging phase, the charging current is 1.5A, which ensures protection of the battery against gas expansion inside the battery. When the voltage reaches 14,4/14,7V (12V batteries) or 28,8V (24V batteries), charging is stopped.
• The last step is to monitor the voltage. If the battery is left charged for a longer period of time, its voltage may drop due to the self-discharge process to 12,6V (12V) / 25,6V (24V). In this case, the charger switches on a minimum current (1.5A) to protect the battery from further discharge.
