Blade

The length of the blade of the Opinel Curved Knife No. 10 is 11 cm. The blade is made of 12C27 stainless steel, modified by Sandvik and adapted to Opinel knives, and is renowned for its extremely high quality and easy daily maintenance. The steel is hardened by heat treatment with martensitic hardening. With a carbon content of at least 0.40%, the blade is of high quality and corrosion resistant.

Handle

French softwood is ideal for painting as it is low in grain. The handle is lacquered to protect it from moisture and dirt.
