The NEBO Slyde King is a rechargeable multi-functional unit capable of being used as a torch or lantern.

The torch has a white LED with a convex lens which emits 500 lumens from a single brightness setting. It offers a 4x zoom which can be adjusted from flood to spot by twisting the head of the torch.

The lantern uses COB LED technology and offers a dimmable white setting, a dimmable red setting and also a red flashing setting. Red light is useful for night reading and the red flash is useful for attracting attention. The lantern is revealed by sliding the neck of the torch forward.

All the functions are controlled by red button located on the side of the torch. If the torch is in the compact position the button will turn the torch light on and it can be dimmed by holding down the button. If the torch is in the extended position, single presses of the button will cycle through white lantern, red lantern, red flash lantern and torch. To dim the white lantern or red lantern light simply press and hold the button down when the light is already in either of those modes and release at the desired output.

The lantern lighting comes from one side of the body, which is useful when combined with the magnetic base, as you can stick it to a wall and the light would be facing downwards into your work area, or alternatively it can be stood up on a flat surface facing towards the desired area for hands free lighting also.

Unlike the others in the Slyde range, the Slyde King is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The unit is recharged using the included micro USB cable which plugged into the micro USB port located on the back of the torch with one end and the other end is connected to power via standard USB.
