The heart of the flashlight is advanced electronics that controls the power consumption directed to the LED. Thanks to it, the flashlight shines in the selected mode with the same power until the battery is completely empty. The electronic system protects against overheating of the diode in the highest mode, which reduces the current after 4 minutes and stabilizes the light at 300 lumens. The electronics is also responsible for activating operating modes and remembering the last used mode.

The flashlight is equipped with a UV mode with a power of 580 mW and a wavelength of 365 nm. Ultraviolet light allows you to check the authenticity of banknotes and documents with watermarks. It also helps identify fluorescent features that are not visible to the naked eye.

The flashlight is powered by an integrated lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 1050 mAh, which can be charged via the Olight USB MCC 1A magnetic charger (included in the set). The diodes located under the switch inform about the battery charge level.
