The Xtar TZ28 1500 is a tactical torch with a maximum output of 1500 lumens from a Cree XHP35 HI D4 LED, which combined with the smooth reflector, provides a maximum beam range of 340 metres.

Powered by a single 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery or two CR123A lithium metal non-rechargeable batteries, the TZ28 1500 has a run-time of up to 1 hour, 30 minutes on the turbo setting when using the included Xtar 3500 mAh 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The battery is charged externally in the supplied Xtar Ant MC1 Plus battery charger that comes with a USB cable so you can plug it into the computer, or using a USB adaptor (sold separately) it can be charged via the mains or in the car.

Designed for tactical use the TZ28 1500 can easily be operated with one hand. The main power button on the tail of the torch offers a momentary turbo function or a full press will turn the light fully on in turbo mode every time. The smaller tail switch will then cycle through turbo, high, mid, low, turbo with each press.

Strobe can be instantly accessed from off by holding the small button down and if held for 5 seconds it will lock into place and stay on when you release the button. It can also be accessed with the light on by holding the small switch and locked into place by holding it for 3 seconds.

Other tactical features include the anti roll ring and the crenellated strike bezel that can be used to break windows in an emergency. The kit has a gun mount and pressure switch as well as coloured lens for hunting.

Supplied with a high quality holster and lanyard for use in the field.
