An S-shaped aluminum carabiner with two independent steel gates, manufactured by Nite Ize. Size #4 is the largest in the S-Biner Aluminum family. It is designed for carrying heavier items, organizing gear in the garage, and attaching larger items to a backpack.
The body is made of solid anodized aluminum, and both gates are made of stainless steel with a spring-loaded mechanism (wire type). The two independent gates open in opposite directions, allowing for quick and convenient one-handed attachment and removal of items. Each gate closes automatically when released. This product is not intended for climbing or applications where disengagement could result in personal injury.
