Sharpening uses tungsten carbide plateswith a fixed angle of 20°, making it ideal for sharpening kitchen knives, everyday folding knives, hunting knives, axes and cleavers. The carbide with a hardness of 900-1600 HV can easily handle the sharpening of stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium knives.
