The LA30 is the latest camping lantern in the Nitecore range and offers an innovative bi-fuel power system. The light has a built-in Li-ion battery which is rechargeable via a micro USB lead; alternatively it is compatible with 2 x AA batteries as a useful and widely obtainable power back-up. The LA30 has a maximum output of 250 lumens from the 8 high CRI LEDs and 3 red LEDs.

The LA30 lantern offers high colour rendering LEDs (CRI>90) which provides neutral light to reduce eye strain and relay true colours of your surroundings. In addition, the 40 lumen red light helps to preserve night vision for wildlife observation, astronomy and night photography. The light is operated by a single switch which operates three white brightness levels, two red levels and the special modes.

Extremely lightweight, compact and portable, the LA30 is perfect for outdoor camping and hiking or as an emergency lighting backup. The lantern can be attached using either the metal loop on the base of the light or stuck to a metal surface using the magnetic base.
